What you will do
In this role, you’ll wear several hats, from helping customers solving technical issues to keeping our internal IT running smoothly.
It’s a hands-on position with plenty of learning opportunities, supported by fun and knowledgeable colleagues who’ll help you grow.
You’ll get full training on all tasks, so don’t worry if some areas are new to you!
Customer Support Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer cases, from first response to full resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows environments, networks, and app configurations (XML/JSON).
- Run and adapt SQL queries, assist with indexing, performance checks, and log growth control.
- Investigate integrations, APIs, certificates, and data connections.
- Support customers during cloud migrations to ensure a smooth transition.
- Use AI tools to improve our processes
Internal IT Support
- Provide IT support for internal users when needed. Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room setups (Teams Rooms, projectors, AV systems) to ensure smooth hybrid meetings.
- Manage user administration in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (accounts, permissions, and access requests).
- Identify recurring problems and suggest automation, fixes, or improved playbooks to make everyone’s work easier.
Who we believe you are
We’re seeking a curious and proactive IT generalist who enjoys solving problems, learning on the go, and helping others. You might be early in your career, but you like getting your hands dirty and figuring things out.
You likely have:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or internal IT.
- Ability to read and write basic SQL, and interest in learning more about optimization and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of Windows, networking basics (DNS, ports, firewalls), and SSL certificates.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure AD user management.
- Some familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting tools.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining tech to non-technical users (in Norwegian/Swedish and English).
- A “get things done” attitude - you like finishing what you start.
- Curiosity and a practical mindset, you learn by doing.
