Today, we are around 50 colleagues spread across Norway, Sweden, Macedonia, and beyond. In our Asker office, you’ll find around 27 of us - the rest are based in Malmö or work remotely.

Our Product and Engineering team of 25 passionate people focuses on one mission: “making it simple” for our users through smart, reliable, and user-friendly software.

Our hiring process

We know recruitment is a two-way street. That’s why our process is designed to help both of us get to know each other - who we are, what we do, and whether we’re the right fit. While the steps may vary slightly by role, here’s what you can typically expect:

  1. Introduction to Opus Dental: A short chat with our Talent Team. We’ll tell you more about us and the role, and we’ll learn about your experience, interests, and what motivates you.
  2. Meet & Greet: You’ll meet the hiring manager to dive deeper into the role and our culture, and to get to know your experience in more detail. This is a great chance to ask questions and get a genuine sense of what it's like to work here.
  3. Second Interview: Here, we focus on your skills and expertise. You might complete a short task or discuss a case with us. For some roles, we also include a personality or ability test.
  4. Coffee Chat: You'll have a coffee chat with someone from our team that you'll work closely with. This is an opportunity for you to ask all the questions you might have about working here!
  5. Reference Check: As a final step, we ask that you share your references with us, and we'll conduct a reference check.
